The Cheesecake Factory

I was so surprised that the food was so delicious and fresh and It was a very good experience and the restaurant was fantastic! We ordered the shrimp scampi , flatbread pizza and deep fried shrimp, and everything was delicious . The staff took very good care of us, were very attentive, and super friendly . I’ve stopped going there because their food was not good enough .

We were seated at the bar- Unfortunately after we had our salad beet and avocado which is very good , The chicken bellagio is dry and it is the parmesan cream sauce that is missing and asked for the bartender who was on her phone to kindly check with the chef for the parmesan cream sauce so we can continue eating. We appreciate that she immediately went to the kitchen and get it. She came with a white soup instead of a parmesan cream sauce. I told her thank you and said this is not your fault but this is a soup not a creamy parmesan sauce she then took it and drop it loud by a sink or something in front of us and throw a couple of glasses and spoons and was very unhappy already. She then explained to me that it was made fresh thats why its soupy and I said to her we don’t deserve to be complaining about it if it was made right, she smirked and was smiling like bullies while saying the story to the other bar tender who’s wearing glasses and i saw that and told her its not a funny situation. She then started nagging at me and saying things i can F…….NG smile all i want and do what i f…..ing want and say **** this is my bar! I don’t think there’s a need for that to be said. i told her its a shame to have an employee like her no decency. I was expecting her to be accommodating in helping us resolve the issue but instead she’s ready to fight. I just asked for the manager but she never stopped nagging and still harassing me with her words even when told to stop talking. The other bar tender was saying something to her but she’s not listening and she went outside and smoke. The manager came and was apologetic but seemed not to really care. She didn’t want to discuss it and said they are short and it was her fault. We lost our appetite and didn’t eat the pasta and they did not fix the problem. The receptionist when asked of the name of the bar tender said she doesn’t know her ? I hope you will be able to find out who she is and take her of that bar coz She doesn’t belong there with that temper. I told her she doesn’t deserve to be working with customers with that attitude. I hope she will realize that when you’re dealing with customers, you should be there to help them with the issues they’re facing make the dinning experience pleasant with the food or services and not to fight with them or laugh about the issue nor dropping things to show you are mad because we are there to enjoy and dine not to deal with childish unnecessary stress from employees like her. Tsk tsk tsk

Great customer service. Waiters came promptly and with good work ethics. Food was good but could have been better. Chicken in the Alfredo was dry however the meatball were done to perfection. The cheesecake was very rich and delicious. Would go again :)

This meal was incredible, a French dip burger is something unique and very tasty, can be a bit salty for anyone sensitive to salt, maybe less dip. Salad was pretty good, not my favorite dressing. And the cheesecake is incredible(their bread and butter), banana.

Everything was great. The Lime cheesecake could have been better as the lime taste was overpowering all other tastes. The Carmel pecan cake was the one that I liked the most.
